About Us

Knit Knot Krafts is a small home-run craft company based in Liverpool in the UK. We design, manufacture and sell our own cross stitch kits as well as craft supplies and accessories.

Knit Knot Krafts was founded in 2017 by Katherine when she was unable to find a cross stitch design that appealed to her for her next project. At the same time she was creating her own knitting patterns that were getting a bit too complicated for the medium of knitting, so she decided to try out making them into cross stitch patterns. This was a success and she found she really enjoyed the process of designing and sewing her own patterns.

With Christmas approaching that year Katherine made several cross stitch Christmas card designs and decided to open an Etsy shop, selling the designs as cross stitch kits. A few sales over the festive season gave her the confidence to expand the product range and since then the business has grown steadily, also selling on Amazon Handmade and our own website.

In our short lifetime we have made and sold thousands of kits, recently hitting 10,000 sales on Etsy and shipping all over the world.
